Sandra 'Sandy' Hass

Sandra ‘Sandy’ Hass, 76, of Merrill, passed away Thursday, September 3, 2026, at her home under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care & Hospice Services.

Sandy was born March 19, 1950, in Merrill, to Paul and Gertrude (Schmidt) Schulz. She was a graduate of Merrill High School. Sandy had worked at Weinbrenner Shoe Company and Wire Products, both in Merrill. She had also worked at The Bottle Bar and S&S. Sandy’s favorite pastime was rummaging. She always looked forward to finding a good deal. Sandy also enjoyed playing the machines at local establishments.

Survivors include her husband, Gary Hass of Merrill; and her nephew, Mark (Terri) Baumann of Killeen, TX. Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Gertrude Schulz; and her sister, Judy Baumann.

In accordance with Sandy’s wishes, no services will be held.
