Jeffry Scott Wyland

Jeffry Scott Wyland, passed away on May 31, 2026, at the age of 73. Born on August 2, 1952, in Merrill, Wisconsin, Jeffry was the son of Clifford and Arleigh Wyland. 

Jeffry married his beloved wife, Diane Pike, on November 14, 1980, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Merrill. Together, they shared a passion for crafting and woodworking, often participating in local craft fairs, bringing their creations to life. Though a private man by nature, Jeffry knew how to light up a room with his infectious sense of humor, especially when he was with Diane. They created a wonderful life together, filled with laughter and love. 

He had a love for fishing and hunting and enjoyed taking fishing trips to Green Bay and Michigan. 

Professionally, Jeffry was a dedicated supervisor and stockman at Herd Windows and Doors Manufacturing and Greenheck. He kicked off his career as a youth counselor for a Catholic charity, reflecting his kind-hearted spirit and desire to help others. 

He is survived by his devoted wife, Diane, and siblings Reed Wyland, Beth Jankowsky, Ann Barnett, James Wyland, and Christopher Wyland. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. 

Jeffry was preceded in death by his parents, his sister-in-law Judy Wyland, and nephew Jeremy Wyland.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Jeffry's name to the Lincoln County Humane Society.
