Ginger A. Peterson

Ginger A. Peterson, 47, of Merrill, passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at Woodland Court Elder Services, Merrill.

Ginger was born July 7, 1976, in Merrill, daughter of the late Randall and Jacquelyn (Block) Peterson. Ginger graduated from Merrill High School with the class of 1994. She furthered her education at UW-Oshkosh, graduating on May 16, 1998, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She worked for many years as a graphic designer for Ministry Health Care in Weston. During her high school years, Ginger played tennis on the MHS tennis team. She also enjoyed snowboarding, hunting, and fishing.

Survivors include her brothers, Mike (Kathy) Peterson of Arroyo Grande, CA and Mark (Sue) Peterson of Minneapolis, MN; nieces and nephews, Dustin Peterson, Kayla (Zach) Hodge, Joshua Peterson (Sarah Schneider), Sarah Peterson, and Jacob Peterson; and great niece Ariana and great nephew Jayden. Ginger was preceded in death by her parents, Randall and Jacquelyn Peterson; and her grandparents, Omer & Eveyln ‘Ike’ Peterson and Beryl & Grace Block.
