Carol L. Long

Carol L. Long, 58, of Merrill, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017 in Wausau. Carol was born November 23, 1959, in Milwaukee. She worked for 20 years as a registered nurse in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Carol is survived by her mother, Roseann Wetter of Merrill; daughter, Alicia Long of Alexandria, Virginia; son, Jacob (Lia) Long of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; grandchildren; sisters, Trish Collins of Gleason and Susan Agard of Green Bay; brother, Kelly (Maraline) Collins of Gleason; and several nieces and nephews. Carol was preceded in death by her father, James V. Collins; and her dear friend from Sioux Falls, Lee Wigton.
